Yes, I am one of those people who would like to blog on a regular basis, but simply don't make it happen! So my topic for the day is Cloud Recruiting. I have been researching Cloud Recruiting for over a year to find the best ways to utilize both mobile technology, as well as Web 2.0 technologies (as you can see from my previous posts), but am not finding what I am REALLY looking for.
So for those of you that are the software builder savvy type of individuals, here's what I want!!! EVERYTHING
I want something that works as a job aggregator, that integrates social networks and our company recruitment software, and does it at an actual decent cost!!! (30K people for a medium size company isn't great, when you still have to pay for all of the other stuff because it doesn't integrate!) Help me connect and track good candidates, is that asking too much? :)
